This Golden Trophy is made of three parts.
The top a resin golden plated and the base a crystal in black.
In between of the base and the top is a small acrylic transparent square piece which looks like black because of the base.
We cannot UV the top and the base together without the acrylic because UV light has to pass through the pieces and touch the UV glue.
The acrylic piece serves as a transparent piece for the UV light to pass through.
What kind of finishing can be done on this Golden trophy?
There are quite a number of finishing that can be done for this trophy.
For example laser engraving or surface laser or sandblasting would create a nice dented in wordings on the base.
A mold however would be better to ensure the laser is precise, accurate, and the outcome to have perfect edges.
For this trophy, a metal plate is most ideal as the base is not transparent so adhesive is carefully block by the black colors.
You can choose golden, silver, or bronze colors with either shinning or matte surface.
From there, we can UV print on the metal plate and add it onto the base. Sticker printing is available but not a good match.
